Qualifications

• You are mechanically inclined with a practical aptitude for repairs.
• You demonstrate reliability and dedication to completing tasks safely.

• You hold a valid driver's license; Class 3 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural implements, trailers, and heavy equipment under supervision.
• Develop skills in hydraulics, electrical systems, engine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with shop organization, equipment assembly, and safety inspections to ensure readiness for field service.
• Engage in training modules and accumulate shop hours to progress through apprenticeship levels.
