Job summary

Bidell Gas Compression is seeking an Applications Project Manager to lead project execution in our Calgary facility. You will review opportunities, contribute to compressor performance quotes, size processes, and coordinate with vendors to meet customer specs.

The role requires an engineering or technology degree and experience in oil and gas compression, with strong Excel/Word skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technology diploma is required.
• Experience in applications, project management, engineering, fabrication, field or sales engineering in oil and gas/compression.
• Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, API, ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Review opportunities with team to determine design methodology.
• Collaborate with technical sales in development of compressor performance and quote.
• Calculate process sizing and input on equipment layout.
• Interface with sub-vendors and review customer specifications.
• Build a library of customer specs for future reference.
• Prepare technical and commercial turnover documents for execution.
