Job summary

Raise is seeking an Application Support Specialist in Toronto, offering a hybrid schedule (on-site Thursdays and the fourth Friday) for a 6-month contract with potential extension. You will investigate incidents, troubleshoot applications, monitor batch processes, perform root cause analysis, and support a newly onboarded Loan Financing Provisioning app while assisting across the portfolio.

Application Support Specialist

• Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (Every Thursday - fourth Friday)
• Pay Rate: $44.94/hr-$51.94/hr
• Contract Length: 6 Months with possibility of extension

• Incident investigation, application troubleshooting, monitoring batch processes, root cause analysis, issue escalation, log analysis, weekend deployment support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
