Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide application and technical support for critical 24x7 Credits, Working Capital, Asset Finance and Securitization platforms in Montreal. You will act as a subject matter expert on architecture, disaster recovery, and infrastructure integration, while adhering to information security governance.

Your role includes L1/L2 production support, incident and change management, and collaboration with Operations to resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• Good understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines.
• Good understanding of Asset Finance and Securitization, Special Purpose Fund/CLO, Residential.
• Mortgage-backed Securities, Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities and Asset-backed Securities business lines.
• Must have at least one scripting language: Shell/Perl/Batch/Python.
• Familiarity with incident/problem/change management processes and documentation tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Java J2EE applications; basic infrastructure knowledge (MQ, WebSphere, Tomcat).
• Knowledge of data protection principles and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Production support for Credits, Working Capital, Asset Finance and Securitization applications.
• L1/L2 incident, problem, and change management including deployments.
• Data flows between applications and other systems; assist Operations with technical issues.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery, backup tests, and liveplay testing.
• Coordinate and fulfill project support tasks; provide status reports.
• Ensure application environment readiness and data quality during changes.
• Maintain monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Document technical processes and data flows; assist in change control reviews.
• Support CyberArk bypass controls and assess resolutions.
• Industrialize legacy processes using AI where applicable.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for production support of Credits, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitizations applications
• Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, change management including application deployments.
• Supporting data flows between Credit, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems.
• Supporting Operations team for technical issues
• Participate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay and Backup Recovery testing
• Participate in technical projects
• Responsible for coordinating and fulfilling projects support tasks, as well as providing status reports
• Provide expertise on production constraints and environment readiness Transversal and Framework
• Maintain application and systems as per the Information Security guidelines.
• Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint.
• Maintain monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning of financing solutions applications components
• Understand and document the technical process and data flows
• Participate in the Change Control review meeting to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals
• Manage the CyberArk bypass controls and assess for resolutions
• Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to clearly rank tasks for focused execution and transparency
• Industrialization of legacy process to be done using AI

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
• Good understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines
• Good understanding of Asset Finance and Securitization, Special Purpose Fund/CLO, Residential
• Mortgage-backed Securities, Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities and Asset-backed Securities business lines.
• Must have at least one of Shell/Perl/Batch/Python scripting skills
• Well versed with incident/problem/change management process
• Good documentation skills - advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good understanding of Java J2EE applications
• Good to have infrastructure, MQ, WebSphere, Tomcat knowledge
• Good to have ITIL foundation knowledge/certification
• Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows servers.
• Experience with application deployments and installations
• Knowledge of SQL/Pl SQL
• Knowledge of Tools like Jira, ITSM, SN
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to reprioritize tasks

Essential Specific Requirements

• 24/7 availability during On-Call schedule
• Good understanding of Service Now or similar tool and the service management processes
• Understanding of data protection principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
