Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a skilled Appian developer to design and build Appian applications, interfaces and workflows in a fast-paced environment. The role involves creating and optimizing business process models and case management solutions, and developing integrations with enterprise systems such as APIs and databases.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, ensure performance, scalability and reliability, and collaborate with architects, business analysts and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Appian applications, interfaces and workflows.
• Build and optimize business process models and case management solutions.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, OnBase).
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and Appian solutions.
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability and reliability of applications.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and QA teams.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing and UAT.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects.
• Follow development standards, governance and best practices.
