Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. in Toronto, ON is seeking an experienced Appian Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade Appian solutions supporting digital transformation and platform modernization.

This role provides technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure low-code applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards, including integration with OnBase.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Appian development/leadership experience.
• Experience designing enterprise Appian solutions with OnBase integration.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and security.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead the design and development of scalable Appian applications.
• Design integrations between Appian and enterprise systems (OnBase, APIs, databases).
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with standards.
• Establish governance, CI/CD practices, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, stakeholders, and product teams.
• Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning; optimize solutions.
• Drive reusable components and platform best practices.
