Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience within apparel
• Proven success leading a sales-focused retail environment and achieving targets
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience
• Ability to analyze sales results and use data to drive decisions
• Strong leadership presence capable of inspiring others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and employees
• Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient with retail systems, POS technology, and basic computer applications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience by delivering outstanding service and a welcoming shopping environment
• Drive store revenue by setting goals, monitoring performance, and coaching toward KPIs
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a strong, accountable team
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members grow and succeed
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and brand-standard execution
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure store presentation aligns with brand expectations
• Support inventory accuracy, replenishment, and loss-prevention initiatives
• Build relationships within the Kamloops market to increase brand awareness
• Analyze sales results and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
