The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, a proven track record in achieving targets, and a hands-on management style focused on coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience within apparel retail.
• Proven success leading a sales-focused retail environment and achieving business targets.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Drive store revenue by setting goals, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a strong team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members grow and succeed.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with standards and strong execution.
• Maintain merchandising standards and brand-aligned presentation.
• Support inventory accuracy, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Build relationships within the market to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
• Analyze sales results and operational metrics to improve performance.
