Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness, safety and appearance of our rental communities in London, ON. You will clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms and amenity spaces, ensuring garbage and recycling areas are well maintained.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with weekend shifts every other week, and a compensation range of CAD 41,500–47,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment).
• Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges))
• Winter snow removal
• Other duties as required
