Job summary

Panoramic Properties Inc. is seeking a Property Cleaning Attendant to maintain cleanliness and safety across our residential properties, ensuring a pleasant living experience for residents.

You will clean common areas, vacant units, and exterior entryways; mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and monitor supplies; report maintenance or safety concerns. The role supports a clean, safe living environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or professional cleaning is asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage assigned responsibilities.
• Must have a valid driver's licence.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including entrances, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and laundry rooms.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces as required.
• Cleaning vacant units and assisting with preparing suites for new residents.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of garbage and recycling areas.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when additional supplies are required.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
• Assisting with cleaning exterior entrances and other property areas as required.
• Following all applicable health and safety procedures while completing assigned duties.
• Completing other related duties within the scope of the role.
