Lovable is seeking a Product Experience Specialist to deliver world-class support and help shape the product. You’ll own user issues end-to-end, improve the support stack, and communicate customer feedback to product teams. This is a full-time remote contractor role with APAC hours to serve a global user base.

The ideal candidate recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, is user- and product-obsessed, and eager to grow into real responsibility quickly.

Formación

• 3 years experience in B2C SaaS support using Intercom.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed recently.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with Lovable, Claude and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own user problems end to end and elevate to engineering when needed.
• Improve the support stack and keep internal knowledge base up to date.
• Be the voice of the customer and feed product feedback to the team.
• Grow scope as trust and ownership increase.
