Finlink Group seeks an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Brampton, on-site. The role involves handling day-to-day AP activities, reviewing and processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments with accuracy.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining records, supporting month-end tasks, and upholding AP processes in a dynamic, busy environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Experience in the Logistics, Transport or Freight industry is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritise daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

Accounts Payable Coordinator - URGENT

Location: Brampton - on site | Full-time

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client's team.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, is well organized and takes pride in getting things right. You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time.

Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you will help keep the accounts payable function running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
