Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable specialist in the Greater Toronto Area, based in Burlington/Halton region. You will review and enter vendor invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate AP aging with Sage 300.

The role requires 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience, proficiency with Sage 300 and Excel, and strong communication skills to respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Pay Range

$22 - $24 / hour
