Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is recruiting for an AP specialist in the Greater Toronto Area. You will handle full-cycle accounts payable, enter invoices, and reconcile vendor documents while coordinating with purchasing to ensure accurate payments.

The role requires 2+ years of AP experience, solid Excel skills, and strong communication, with manufacturing exposure. Local candidates eligible to work in Canada are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Entering invoices and matching packing slips to invoices and cheque runs in ERP.
• Matching vendor invoices against purchasing and receiving documentation before payment.
• Performing deposit reconciliations.
• Collaborating closely with the purchasing team and supporting other duties as assigned.

About the Opportunity

Pay Range

$26 - $28 / hour
