Job summary

Vintti in Toronto, ON is seeking a hands-on Finance role to own expense analysis, ARR reporting, invoicing, and spend management. You will lead day-to-day FP&A activities, track churn, and support quarterly close in a fast-growing startup environment.

The position requires 1–2 years in finance or FP&A with strong Excel/Sheets skills, QuickBooks experience, and familiarity with Ramp or CPQ software. Hybrid work with 2 days in office per week.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Startup experience and a strong ownership mindset.
• Experience with Ramp or similar spend management software.
• Experience with CPQ software.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly/quarterly expense analyses and explain variances.
• Build and maintain ARR reporting and dashboards.
• Own invoicing and collections (AR & AP).
• Manage spend end-to-end through the spend management platform.
• Design and optimize company-wide spend policy.
• Track churn and identify trends.
• Support quarterly close with the external accountant.
