Job summary

Vaco is recruiting for a Senior FP&A role in downtown Toronto, hybrid four days in office. Reporting to the Strategy & Operations team, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Technology & Operations, developing dashboards and providing insights to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years FP&A experience, advanced financial modeling, and strong business partnering. CPA/CFA/MBA is a plus; you are comfortable challenging assumptions and driving data-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Manager level experience or close to it.
• CPA, CFA, MBA asset.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager (Director level), this role sits within the Strategy & Operations team supporting the Technology & Operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses
• Deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making

About You

• CPA, CFA, MBA, or related finance background considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience
• Currently operating at the Manager level (or close to)
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling experience
