Job summary

Science World is seeking a Manager, Annual Giving & Donor Engagement to lead donor relations, design annual giving programs and drive revenue growth. This role reports to the Director of Major Gifts and requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

The position supports a strategy that includes annual, monthly and mid-level giving, with collaboration across the Development team, Marketing and Finance to ensure donor satisfaction and data integrity.

Qualifications

• University graduate with 5–7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Track record in identifying, cultivating and securing annual gifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage donor relationships and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies for annual, monthly and mid-level giving.
• Lead donor engagement and stewardship across channels.
• Collaborate with Finance and Database teams to ensure accurate gift reporting.
• Write personalized proposals and deliver donor presentations as needed.
• Oversee the Database Entry Specialist and support team development.
