Job summary

WorkSafeBC is hiring two Co-op Analytics Data Services (ADS) Analysts based in Richmond for a four-month term starting January 2027, with potential extension to eight months. You will support BI, analysis, and decision-making across various business areas and participate in onboarding and training programs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post-secondary program related to business analytics, data science, or IT.
• Able to use MS Office suite proficiently and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or analytics tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems, define research questions, and develop recommendations for the business.
• Analyze complex data to improve decision-making and optimize operations.
• Collaborate with teams to implement analytics solutions and provide actionable insights.
• Organize and lead meetings with business teams and partners like IT, Marketing, and Engagement Services.
