  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a premium level of service and rapid resolution of client questions and challenges.
    • Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of client inquiries related to risk analytics (e.g., VaR, Stress Testing, Backtesting, Risk Attribution), liquidity risk, credit risk, and more.
  • Elevate Risk & Analytics Expertise
    • Provide detailed product guidance, explaining complex risk analytics methodologies and model outputs in a clear, concise manner.
    • Share relevant product updates and model insights that enable clients to fully harness MSCI’s analytics and risk management tools.
  • Grow Client Relationships
    • Build trust by proactively following up on issues and anticipating clients’ evolving analytics and risk management needs.
    • Lead regular update calls with key stakeholders, delivering transparent status reports and recommending advanced features or solutions.
    • Contribute to service reviews and strategic service plans that reinforce value and drive client retention.
  • Drive Training & Onboarding
    • Manage comprehensive client onboarding processes, ensuring new users quickly adopt and maximize the capabilities of MSCI’s analytics platforms.
    • Conduct targeted training sessions on risk methodologies, portfolio performance, and model interpretation to empower clients and deepen product engagement.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement
    • Suggest and implement process enhancements that improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, channeling feedback to refine and evolve MSCI’s analytics offerings.
  • Analytical & Risk Management Proficiency
    • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
    • Demonstrated understanding of risk analytics, including VaR, stress testing, liquidity, or credit risk methodologies.
    • Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are a plus.
  • Client-Facing Communication
    • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to convey technical and analytical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior management.
    • Comfortable leading client discussions, conducting presentations, and cultivating strong relationships.
  • Problem-Solving & Execution
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on methodical issue resolution.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis; additional programming or data analytics skills are advantageous.
    • Ability to anticipate challenges, escalate potential issues proactively, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-Driven & Self-Motivated
    • Proven track record of working both independently and collaboratively.
    • High level of initiative and enthusiasm for continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Experience
