Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling in Brampton is seeking a part-time Analyst for warehouse operations. The role supports supervision with daily tasks, safety adherence, and equipment tracking on a rotating shift schedule.

Availability on Saturdays is required, with shifts from 6:00am to 2:00am across the week. The position offers an hourly rate of $22.00 and requires SAP and MS Office proficiency, strong attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and/or post-secondary education.
  • Prior Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills and SAP.
  • Flexibility to work afternoon shift.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written are a requirement.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member.
  • Strong analytical and organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support supervisors with employee observations/engineer labor standards
  • Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure employees are adhering to safety standards and accurately doing their job
  • Product Date Audits
  • Track equipment for the warehouse including scanners, Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), IT equipment, and running audits on the equipment
  • Ensure Daily Off Standards
  • Cover pick and bulk dock stations, supervisory duties
  • Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walks daily
  • Support unionized employees to meet their daily goals and/or targets
  • Coach Employees on best practices
  • Use SAP on a daily basis
  • Complete daily tasks and/or projects as assigned

  • Shift/Hours – Must be available to work Saturdays and accommodate a rotating shift schedule. 40 hours per week.
    • 6:00am to 2:00pm,
    • 2:00pm to 10:00pm,
    • 10:00pm to 6:00am
  • Hourly Rate – $22.00/Hour

About This Opportunity

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager and/or Lead Supervisor, the Analyst (hourly) will be multi-focused with project work and responsible for some daily tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Support supervisors with employee observations/engineer labor standards
  • Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities
