Job summary

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited в Brandon is seeking a Supervisor Distribution Warehouse to lead a team of drivers and warehouse staff. You will ensure proper receiving, storage and distribution to customers, while coaching the team for strong customer service and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, the role requires planning workloads, motivating staff and enforcing safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in a related field, or experience deemed equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience required.
• Prior experience in distribution, retail, or warehouse required. Beverage industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Experience with MS Office and SAP computer tools.
• Experience managing in a unionized environment is preferred.
• Ability to make sound choices and recommendations based on analytical evaluations.
• Ability to provide leadership, motivation, and training for development of the distribution team.
• Ability to cultivate, manage and foster a diverse team of employees.
• Ability to initiate activities and perform duties without direct supervision.
• Possess excellent organization and time-management skills.

• Work Location – Brandon
• Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – Monday to Friday, Days. Flexibility required.
• The full base salary range for this position is from $73,000 - $81,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
• This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, the Supervisor Distribution Warehouse is responsible for overseeing a team of Coke Canada drivers and warehouse employees. They ensure the products are properly received, stored, and effectively distributed to our customers. The Supervisor works as a coach and mentor to their team.
