As a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Strategy & Governance team, you will report to the Manager of Corporate Strategy & Governance.

The Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping Bombardier's strategic direction and ensuring robust corporate governance practices. This position involves conducting comprehensive market and specific analyses, supporting the strategic planning cycle of the company, and ensuring efficient and smooth governance standards at the corporate level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential growth opportunities.
• Perform comparative analyses and benchmarking between competitors' capabilities and our own.
• Develop and implement strategic frameworks to evaluate business opportunities and support decision-making processes.
• Present analysis and/or recommended strategies to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine corporate strategies and long-term objectives.
• Participate in forecasting different segments of the business by building financial models.

Strategic Planning:

• Support Bombardier’s 5-year strategic plan and provide regular market updates to support governance processes.
• Assist in organizing the strategic cycle with the Leadership Team and ensure effective discussions.
• Coordinate and participate in strategic planning meetings.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, Aftermarket Service, Defense, Finance, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy.

Governance at the Corporate Level:

• Plan, coordinate, and prepare presentations for leadership.
• Improve and automate team tools and processes to increase quality and productivity.
• Maintain a dashboard of KPIs for daily reviews with the Leadership Team.
• Manage dashboards and key databases to provide insights to senior leadership and teams.
• Support key company functions through ad hoc requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Project Management, or MBA preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in project management, finance, strategy, or management consulting.
• Relevant experience in the business aircraft or aviation industries.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in developing business cases.
• Ability to align and drive stakeholders towards decision points.
• Assertive, results-oriented, and demonstrates leadership.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including financial modeling.
• Experience managing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in a large organization.
