The Analyst, Research Strategy & Operations will support the research leadership team including the Chief Scientific Officer, Medical Director, and Director, to plan, implement, measure, and report on strategic initiatives. The role reports to the Director, Research Operations, and Business development.
The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, known for their ability to anticipate needs, synthesize complex information, and drive work forward. A key dimension of this role is the ability to translate complex research and scientific concepts into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences, including executives, Board members, clinicians, and patients.
