Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH seeks an Analyst, Program (Customer management Execution & Customization) in Dorval, QC, to lead customer-focused programs from initiation through integration. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and deliver on program milestones in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The role requires a university degree in a related field and at least five years of program management experience, with aviation exposure considered a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in program management or related fields.
• Experience in Program Management and Change Management within aviation is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility projects related to customer customization requests from launch to production integration.
• Coordinate action plans and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation.
• Identify schedule and cost risks, develop practical alternatives, and report visibility to leadership.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams and prioritize issues in a dynamic environment.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to process enhancements across the program.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a university degree in a related field, preferably in Project Management, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Program Management and Change Management within the aviation industry is considered a strong asset.
• You have a solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
• You possess excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills.
• You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
• You demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• You are customer-focused and innovative in problem-solving.
• You are open-minded and have a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
