Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Systems in Canada to lead project management initiatives in aerospace. You will analyze processes, guide teams, and coordinate with multiple organizations to ensure consistent, effective solutions.

The role demands 10–15 years of PM experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong French/English communication with mentoring abilities. You will work in a hybrid cross‑functional environment with senior stakeholders to advance

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in project management and aerospace.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field.
• Experience managing product changes and leading teams.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English; mentoring capability.
• Proven leadership, strong analytical skills, planning and problem-solving.
• Organized, time‑managed, autonomous with effective stakeholder involvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, identify and propose process improvements aligned to requirements.
• Guide the team in solving complex problems and ensure solutions meet needs.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have between 10 and 15 years of experience in project management and aerospace.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.
• You have experience managing product changes.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English, with training and mentoring capabilities.
• You have demonstrated leadership.
• You have strong analytical skills and business acumen, planning, problem solving and good interpersonal skills.
• You must have a sense of organization, time management and demonstrate autonomy.
• You master MS Project, Visio and have experience in VSM, Swimlane and process mapping.
• You speak French and English, bilingual.
