Job summary

Bombardier seeks a Senior Analyst, Business Systems to lead and optimize project management activities within the Aerospace Canada organization. The role requires extensive experience in the aerospace sector and the ability to drive cross-functional projects across teams and stakeholders.

You will guide change management, map processes (VSM/Swimlane), and ensure high-quality delivery while communicating effectively in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• 10–15 years of project management and aerospace experience.
• Experience managing product changes.
• Excellent bilingual communication in French and English with mentoring capabilities.
• Proven leadership and strong analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, identify and propose process improvements adapted to requirements.
• Guide the team in solving complex problems.
• Interact with different organizations to ensure consistency in the solutions proposed.
• Provide visibility on project progress by creating and following project schedules.
• Facilitate problem solving, involve stakeholders and achieve resolution.
• Manage a portfolio of projects related to site improvement.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have between 10 and 15 years of experience in project management and aerospace.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.
• You have experience managing product changes.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English, with training and mentoring capabilities.
• You have demonstrated leadership.
• You have strong analytical skills and business acumen, planning, problem solving and good interpersonal skills.
• You must have a sense of organization, time management and demonstrate autonomy.
• You master MS Project, Visio and have experience in VSM, Swimlane and process mapping.
• You speak French and English, bilingual.
