Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, Quebec, seeks a Program Manager to lead high-visibility customer customization projects and their production integration. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk, schedule, and costs to ensure flawless execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program/change management within aviation, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and fluency in English and French. Hybrid work policies are offered.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Lead high-visibility projects related to customer customization requests, ensuring flawless execution from project launch through final integration into production.
• Act as a key contributor within the value chain by coordinating action plans and facilitating seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation without compromising quality.
• Make informed and strategic decisions by proactively identifying risks related to schedule and cost, developing practical alternative solutions, and providing clear visibility to leadership.
• Demonstrate influential leadership by mobilizing cross-functional teams and helping prioritize critical issues in a dynamic environment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and actively contributing to process enhancements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders across all levels of the organization in a stimulating environment focused on our customers, our people, and our results.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a university degree in a related field, preferably in Project Management, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Program Management and Change Management within the aviation industry is considered a strong asset.
• You have a solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
• You possess excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills.
• You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
• You demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• You are customer-focused and innovative in problem-solving.
• You are open-minded and have a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
