Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Product Administration Analyst to provide administrative support for components and assist in administering specialized products and member/client accounts. The role emphasizes data analysis, risk reporting, and the development of recommendations and implementation plans to support management decisions.

You will contribute by inputting and interpreting data, proposing action plans, and developing tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

• Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices.
• Analyze risks and write reports. Prepare recommendations and provide advice on how to implement them.

Job description

As a product administration analyst, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts. You analyze and help diagnose issues, provide opinions in accordance with the rules for your discipline, and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills, extensive knowledge of your line of business and ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to :
