Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an expert Administrative Advisor to lead highly complex strategic initiatives and act as a subject matter leader across large-scale organizational and market programs. You will liaise with stakeholders to understand needs, represent the organization, and negotiate partnerships with external entities.

As an expert administrative advisor, you assist with highly complex strategic initiatives and serve as subject matter leader. You lead and influence large-scale organizational and market initiatives while liaising with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. In addition to being the business manager, you represent your specialty on initiatives requiring high-level expertise in a complex field. You’re responsible for strategic, highly innovative, cross-sector projects and initiatives that are operationally and conceptually complex. They require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. A strategic mindset and organizational savvy are therefore essential. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in a wide range of other fields. You serve as expert advisor and subject matter expert for senior management and decision‑making bodies. You represent and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with external partners.
