Job summary

Richardson International is seeking a Software Developer to join the IT department in Winnipeg. You will design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based web applications and back-end services used across our grain handling, crop inputs, and food processing businesses.

• Experience using AI-assisted technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to support software development and delivery
