Accor is seeking an Analyst, Dayforce Implementation to lead HRIS configuration, troubleshooting, and integration efforts across Canadian hotels. You will ensure compliance with applicable regulations and union agreements while aligning Dayforce with business requirements.
Lead end-to-end Dayforce projects, coordinate with the Dayforce team, and train hotel staff. Maintain data quality and system integrity across properties in Canada and the United States.

The Analyst, Dayforce Implementation is responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of the Dayforce HRIS system, encompassing configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and union agreements. Key duties involve leading system‑related projects, developing training programs, providing technical support, and maintaining data quality across various Accor properties.
Oversee the full lifecycle of Dayforce implementation projects, from planning and execution to stakeholder collaboration, system testing, and post‑project handoff. Work closely with the Dayforce team to ensure business requirements are properly implemented, and assist with configuring the Dayforce backend.
Assist the Dayforce Support Team with ongoing configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the Dayforce system, including compliance updates, policy configuration, and system integrity.
Deliver training programs to hotels during implementation and develop Standard Operating Procedure documents for different hotel staff (admins, managers, Heartists).
Ensure all configuration and procedures adhere to compliance regulations, union agreements, and legislation in both Canada and the United States.
Salary Range: $70,000–$82,000
