Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through inbound and outbound channels related to AML/KYC.
• Conduct detailed KYC checks and document findings for regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to resolve issues and maintain documentation.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and per SLAs.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams to facilitate resolution.
• Review processes for opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• Prioritize workload to meet productivity targets.
