Job summary

Group23 is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. You will be the operational hub for candidate coordination, onboarding, documentation, HRIS administration, and routine employee services, working with managers and the CFO to maintain accurate records and consistent processes.

You will help improve practical HR workflows, track progress, and ensure HR records are complete and secure, enabling Group23 to scale with growth

Qualifications

• Post-secondary certificate or diploma in HR or related field.
• Two or more years of HR coordination, recruitment, or HR administration experience preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, HR documentation, privacy and records management.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365 is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes, post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Oversee onboarding, changes, and employee documentation in HRIS and SharePoint.
• Maintain scheduling trackers and HRIS records; ensure timely payroll readiness.
• Support offboarding, exit interviews, and lifecycle events with managers and CFO.
• Provide frontline employee service and communication; escalate sensitive issues.

Education

Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

CPHR or Registered Professional Recruiter candidacy
