Job summary

Edelman is seeking a People Operations Specialist to serve as a primary contact for People-related inquiries and lifecycle transactions across the U.S. and Canada, supporting onboarding, LOA administration, and case management.

Working with People Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and regional stakeholders, you will ensure a compliant, seamless employee experience and accurate data in HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
• Three+ years in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related HR operational role
• Experience administering Leave of Absence processes and lifecycle transactions
• Daily operational experience with Workday and ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in North America, ensuring compliance and a seamless experience.
• Manage onboarding from offer to Day One, including audits and orientation.
• Handle inquiries and case management with SLAs, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations and People Partners to ensure accurate program administration.
