You will educate clients, build relationships, and coordinate with customers for regional training centers, LMS bookings, payments, and program promotions. Strong organization and communication are essential.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer sales processes and certificate issuance.
• Educate clients by understanding needs and recommending training solutions.
• Develop client relationships to increase sales and satisfaction.
• Prospect new clients and promote programs.
• Coordinate training schedules and LMS bookings.
• Manage payments per company procedures.
• Prepare customer status and prospect reports.
• Coordinate regional training sessions, on-site or in-class.
