CMC Hotels seeks a Starbucks Store Manager for the Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport location. You will lead a team, ensure outstanding guest and partner experiences, and drive store results.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, and maintaining service standards while collaborating with F&B leadership. Expect a demanding schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a strong emphasis on guest hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Starbucks experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, self-motivation, and team-building skills.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week (at least 5 days per week).
• College or high-level education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage employees, understanding positions to cover absences.
• Produce, prepare, and stock all foods for Starbucks, including market items.
• Create and monitor work schedules for all associates.
• Lead the team by attracting, training, and appraising staff.
• Ensure compliance with Starbucks policies through training and supervision.
• Attend weekly F&B meetings and participate in operations.
• Oversee mobile orders implementation and ensure purchasing procedures are followed.
• Be a guest service role model for F&B and other hotel departments.
• Maintain Starbucks areas and equipment for quality service.
• Assist with performance reviews for Starbucks staff.
