The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport, operated by CMC Hotels, is seeking a motivated Banquet Captain to lead dining events, coordinate F&B service, and respond to guest requests.

You will supervise banquet staff, ensure room setup per BEOs, work with culinary and catering teams, and uphold health and safety standards. Benefits include paid vacation, holiday pay, a 401K, and health, dental, and vision coverage.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all food and beverage items are presented correctly and notes on BEOs.
• Communicate with culinary chef and catering manager about schedule changes or issues.
• Supervise banquet staff and ensure room is left clean and organized.
• Prepare banquet room for events and verify seating diagrams.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with bar back duties as required.
