• Experience validating invoices and reconciling costs.
• Ability to interpret contracts, service agreements and vendor billing.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to resolve vendor, logistics or billing issues.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Highly organized with strong time-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 3+ years in administrative, coordination, or operational support roles.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile airport service invoices across a large vendor portfolio.
• Evaluate charges against contracts and service agreements for accuracy.
• Analyze billing activity and cost trends to identify discrepancies and savings.
• Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions in JDE.
• Support station readiness by coordinating inventory requirements and vendor setup.
• Oversee inventory workflows across print, baggage, and airports programs.
• Escalate billing, supply, and delivery issues to vendors and internal partners.
• Create and maintain centralized operating materials and reports.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and process improvements across the network.
