Job summary

Semtech's Networking Solutions team in Richmond, BC, is seeking a Product Manager for its AirLink portfolio. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for edge routers, gateways, and software, aligning with market needs and customer voice.

The role requires strong fluency in 4G/5G, Wi‑Fi, IoT/M2M connectivity, and edge computing. Hybrid work in Canada with travel responsibilities, and opportunities to scale the AirLink business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in networking, IoT, or related B2B hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of wireless networking technologies and ecosystem.
• Influence outcomes in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Up to 15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for networking solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed specifications and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering on features and release schedules; manage backlog.
• Partner with marketing on pricing, messaging, and launches; support sales.
