Job summary

Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Digital Product Manager for the Network Connectivity team. You will partner with Network Connectivity Engineering and stakeholders to design, pilot, and deliver products addressing evolving business needs.

You will own the product vision, manage the roadmap, and define success metrics while collaborating across enterprise teams. The role requires strong English communication and experience with agile delivery in a large organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital product management, or 5+ years at expert level with product strategy, roadmap and delivery ownership.
• Experience in Network Connectivity, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Networking, Telecommunications or related enterprise tech domains.
• Delivery across multiple Agile release cycles with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, SASE, etc.).
• Collaborating with Network Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Server and Storage teams to define requirements and deliver tech products.
• At expert level, min 2 years independently owning strategy and mentoring others.
• Bonus: cloud networking across AWS/Azure/GCP; SD-WAN, Zero Trust, Network Automation; industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and communicate the vision and strategy for Network Connectivity capabilities.
• Conduct market and user research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products.
• Create and maintain a road map aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Write and groom user stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog with the Digital Product team.
• Define product performance metrics and monitor results with analytics tools.
• Communicate progress and updates to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Manage budgets and resources for the product.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the product.
