Semtech is offering an 8-month co-op in Sales Operations, embedded within a global team that designs AI-enabled workflows for real sales processes in Richmond, BC. You will work with the Senior Director of Global Sales Operations to build, test, and document AI-driven automations used by sellers, distributors, and sales leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on workflow design, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow automation.
• Understanding of sales processes and CRM usage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and build AI-enabled workflow automations for sales ops.
• Test workflows across edge cases for accuracy and reliability.
• Configure AI-assisted summarization and data processing steps.
• Support prompt engineering for Claude, Copilot, and Vinton AI.
• Document automation logic and governance notes.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Salesforce Admins, and commercial teams.
