Job summary

The Semios Group is seeking a Winter 2027 Revenue Enablement Co-op in Vancouver to support our commercial operations strategy. You will help shape how AI tools integrate with our CRM (Salesforce) and assist with data hygiene, enablement docs, and cross-functional coordination.

This hybrid role offers a $20–$24 CAD/hour salary range, an emphasis on practical, non-code AI adoption, and a time-limited co-op available from January 2027 at our transit-accessible Vancouver office.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Business Analytics, or Combined Business and Computer Science.
• Prior academic projects, internships, or co-ops in sales & marketing, process improvement, RevOps or BI.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks with longer-term deliverables.
• Strong listening and empathy to gather feedback from sales reps and managers.
• High attention to data hygiene and documentation formatting.
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and automated workflow builders.
• Understanding of AI foundational frameworks.
• Micro-AI certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recommend best practices for the sales tech stack and CRM integration.
• Evaluate AI-based tools landscape focused on revenue enablement.
• Provide day-to-day admin support, CRM data hygiene, and enablement documentation.
• Support team meetings, track workflow progress, and coordinate enablement sessions.
• Assist with CRM data hygiene, user feedback, and tracking adoption of new tools.
