Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Operations, PM, or related tech org role.
- Proven ability to ship tooling or workflows with measurable impact.
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI, copilots, agents, and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI automation opportunities across product lifecycle.
- Create and deploy workflows, agents, and lightweight tools from concept to scale.
- Connect systems and enable permissions for AI tools like Copilot and Claude Code.
- Develop reusable patterns and shared context for people and AI systems.
- Redesign workflows with AI-first, human-in-the-loop execution.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, Data, and R&D on access and guardrails.
- Build playbooks, office hours, and communities to scale adoption.
- Define baselines and report cycle-time, adoption, and quality outcomes.
