Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post-secondary program in business analytics, information systems, or computer science.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow automation demonstrated through coursework or projects.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• AI Workflow Development & Testing: design, test, and validate AI-enabled workflows for repeatable sales tasks.
• Sales Process & Data Analysis: map workflows, analyze CRM data, and surface improvement opportunities.
• Collaboration & Communication: work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and share results.
• Documentation: maintain governance notes, inputs/outputs, and user guides.
