BiblioCommons is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to partner with executives and cross-functional teams to embed AI into everyday workflows, driving high-impact initiatives from idea to delivery.

You will build practical transformation roadmaps, enable product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams, and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value aligned with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience taking AI/ML from idea to implementation with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data systems, and modern tooling (practical, not just theory).
• Ability to quickly understand a business and identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Bias for action—you ship, iterate, and improve in real environments.
• Strong communication skills—you make complex ideas simple and actionable.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate Strategy into a Transformation Plan: Partner with leaders to understand priorities and create a practical AI roadmap.
• Drive AI‑First Execution: Define success metrics and execution plans and ensure projects ship.
• Enable Teams to Work Differently: Support product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams with AI workflows and training.
• Drive Adoption and Organizational Change: Move from experimentation to AI‑driven workflows and redefine roles and processes as needed.
• Connect and Scale Across the Organization: Share learnings and replicate successful patterns across portfolios.
• Manage Tools, Partners, and Ecosystem: Evaluate AI tools and vendors based on real use cases and value.
