Job summary

BrainStation seeks a Senior Strategist, Enterprise to lead AI-enabled transformations for global clients. You will guide discovery, shape client roadmaps, and articulate executive-level viewpoints on how AI and digital capabilities reshape products and customer experiences.

You will own strategy conversations with C-suite leaders, run workshops, and manage engagements from first conversations to committed programs. This role requires strong executive presence and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years of client-facing experience with enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/strategy/advisory background is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex problems and defend a clear point of view.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders; lead strategic conversations on enterprise-wide AI capability.
• Act as trusted advisor, guiding opportunity discovery and managing day-to-day client relationships.
• Understand client business models, operating context, and competitive pressures to identify new capabilities.
• Lead discovery and current-state assessments across people, process and technology; synthesize findings into a diagnosis.
• Design target-state capabilities and digital operating models; sequence changes into a transformation roadmap.
• Develop and present advisory point of view on digital and AI innovations for products and customer experiences.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops that drive decisions and momentum.
• Own proposals, executive presentations, and engagement documentation to a senior client standard.
• Contribute thought leadership on AI, digital, and innovation through events and client conversations.
