Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Product Owner – AI x Functional to shape Talent technology strategy and AI-enabled employee experiences across a global organisation. You will align AI initiatives across Talent systems, Enterprise platforms, and supporting functions, partnering with stakeholders to prioritise investments and drive outcomes.

In this role you will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology and business transformation, delivering joined-up experiences and a unified Talent ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, technology, and user experience into practical solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities.
• Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Talent processes and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
• Drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products and services.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and change adoption.
