Job summary

EY in Vancouver seeks an experienced Manager, AI Adoption & Enablement to accelerate practical AI use across Tax & Law. You’ll work with business teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and design AI-enabled workflows using Copilot, Power Platform, and related tools.

Success hinges on AI fluency paired with strong business acumen; you’ll coach colleagues, run workshops, and scale successful approaches across the practice while ensuring EY governance and standards are followed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business transformation, technology enablement, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity and automate tasks.
• Experience developing prompts, Copilot, lightweight agents, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes across organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of business processes and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tax & Law teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Prototype and test solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI tools.
• Design prompts, workflows, and agent experiences for better AI outcomes.
• Coach and advise professionals to develop practical AI skills.
• Facilitate workshops and training to accelerate AI adoption across the practice.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with business, risk, data, and tech teams to align with EY standards.
• Identify repeatable use cases and scale successful approaches across Tax & Law.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and translate developments into practice.
• Support other technology initiatives as required.
