Job summary

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is seeking a Sr Manager, AI Strategy & Program Lead to operationalize our enterprise AI strategy and oversee the AI portfolio from demand through value realization. You will lead AI intake, assessment, prioritization, and delivery-pathway selection to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, analytics, computer science, economics or finance.
• 5-7 years of comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operationalization and continuous improvement of AI delivery model and engagement practices across Opportunity paths (Enable, Buy, Integrate & Orchestrate, Build).
• Own enterprise AI demand intake, assessment and prioritization based on strategic alignment, value, feasibility, economics, readiness and risk.
• Manage enterprise AI portfolio and pipeline with integrated visibility of demand, investments, dependencies, capacity, risk and value outcomes.
• Operationalize AI value management framework including valuation, outcomes, benefits measurement and post-implementation monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional execution of AI transformation priorities, sequencing dependencies and driving actions to evolve AI capabilities and operating model.
• Lead the AI Strategy Forum cadence, provide decision support, and ensure compliance with enterprise oversight.
