Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation (OLG) is seeking a Sr Manager, AI Strategy & Program Lead to operationalize its enterprise AI strategy and delivery model. You will orchestrate the AI portfolio from demand through to value realization, leading intake, assessment, prioritization and pathway selection for high-value opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in mathematics, statistics, analytics, computer science, economics or finance.
• 5-7 years of comparable experience.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate complex topics across a large organization.

Aufgaben

• Lead operationalization and continuous improvement of the AI delivery model from Enable to Build and Orchestrate pathways.
• Manage enterprise AI demand intake, assessment, and prioritization based on strategic value and risk.
• Oversee the AI portfolio and pipeline with visibility into demand, investments, and outcomes.
• Establish economic assessment, benefits measurement and post-implementation value monitoring for AI initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional execution, sequencing dependencies and monitoring value realization.
• Provide portfolio insights for the AI Strategy Forum to support decisions and oversight.
